In case of positioning the amplifier rack directly on the floor it is recommended to use an amplifier rack. The Pillartech Audio GRAVITY BASE and the ISOPOINT S-8 vibration damper racks are isolational tools which can educt as a supplementary electroacoustic resource. With using the rack we can reach an efficient eduction result from the flooring for tube- and integrated monoblocks, amplifiers or voltage regulator.
The horizontal system of the rack rely on three leaning point: summarily nine extra hard ceramic balls. The face-turned – made by precision technique – lower and upper perunal girdles by using the ceramic balls are getting into a mediate connection and meet at the smallest meeting points.
By using the absorber material that is fixed into the perunal girdle at the underside of the shelves makes the vibration damper reduce the oscillations. Using them together can efficiently reduce the negative influence of the oscillation energy that comes from the air or from the flooring. Thus the worked out profile maximalize all the isolation abilities.
The ISOPOINT S-8 vibration dampers are restricts the return of the vibrations by the minimally touching ceramic ball and the fixed-in tapers are working on minimizing the surface so (theoretically) it works as a mechanic diode.
At all of the vertical and horizontal connection points absorber material is intended which continues to reduce the moving of the mechanic energy.
The surface of the aluminium elements are thread-grinded and handled with silk-polishing. Depending on the quantity of the pillar modules the shelves height can be positioned by 1 cm, 5 cm, or 10 cm.
The shelf element of the rack is 40 milimetres thick, has perfect acoustic features, conatins high quantity of binder material in the composite wood made at the lowest possible tolerance border in CNC machines.
In the interest of modular setting, the spike mechanism of the further shelves can be connected at the center part of the inox girdle, thus it can be further developed as GRAVITY or GRAVITY PRO.
In the interest of active eduction most of the time we use spikes between the flooring and the rack but according to unique need modularly insertable the ISOPOINT S-8 ceramic ball isolator.
